Continued to respond to requests for assistance
Develop series of training materials for communities regarding the creation and sustainability of local Continua of Care
Facilitated quarterly PATH meetings as part of our contract with the Ohio Department of Mental Health
Explored possibilities of formalizing relationship with NAMI Ohio through the Mental Health Leadership Institute
Implemented the 2005 Annual Conference and Legislative Action Day
Began conversations for creating SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery (SOAR) pilot projects across the state
Began research on re-entry housing issues for people coming out of prisons

Continued work on re-entry housing issues
Accomplished site visits for 5 re-entry pilot projects across the state as a part of an ODMH contract
Joined the Ohio Justice Alliance for Community Corrections board as the expert on housing
Trained the states Continua of Care on the new HUD CoC Application
Continued to respond to requests for assistance
Completed SOAR training of seven sites across the state
Facilitated quarterly PATH meetings as part of our contract with the Ohio Department of Mental Health
Planned and implemented 2006 Annual Housing Ohio Conference
